Ms. C suffered from a severe inherited condition relating to her leg and hip. Her mother suffered from the same condition, requiring a leg amputation.

In 2006, she came to the program unable to walk and with an operation pending. After just one week in the program, she was able to walk and did not require the operation.

She continued with the program, and today has normal leg function. She has not needed any further treatments.
